Free parking, allows tailgating, nice and helpful staff, clean all around including bathrooms. PNC is one of the best venues I’ve ever been to. Rating: 4 out of 5 Great but wrong set times by LucyLou on 9/17/23 PNC Music Pavilion - Charlotte.I cannot tell you how impressive their performance was because it is something that needs to be seen, rather than just heard. They have a large number of "hits"to fit into a 2-hour set so they did mashups of several songs to squeeze more in to the allotted time. The lights, drumline, horns, FIRE, lasers, and entire stage create a visual spectacle unmatched by other performers. I have seen tons of shows and they were great - but seeing Odesza is an experience. I have been trying to see Odesza since 2018 but they hardly ever come to NC. Rating: 5 out of 5 Not just a show, an experience by Joel B on 9/18/23 PNC Music Pavilion - Charlotte. The lines didn't take too long, but the fact that we didn't have this problem at all just a few days prior means that there is inconsistency in the personnel. There really needs to be a better flow into the seating areas. It was a bit ironic, however, that either the venue or the band (I assume the band, because there wasn't this issue a few days before for Willie Nelson) was then making people pour their cans of beer/seltzer into disposable plastic cups if they were seated towards the front (I assume this is to reduce the risk of someone throwing a full can of beer).įurthermore, even though I had to empty a can of beer into a plastic cup, I still could've taken the full 1 L water bottle to my seat. I also really liked that reusable water bottles were allowed to be able to be brought into the venue. I appreciated the very gracious drink vendor workers as well as the plentiful number of restrooms everywhere.
